**রিটার্ন নীতি:**
– ডেলিভারির সময় যদি কোনও সমস্যা দেখা যায়, তাহলে তখনি গ্রাহকরা সরাসরি ফেরত দিতে পারেন।
– যখন যাচাই বা চেক ছাড়া বা অন্য গ্রাহক দ্বারা গ্রহণ করা হয়, তখন চায়নাগো লিমিটেড কোনও রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ, রিপ্লেস বা রিফান্ডের জন্য দায়ী হবে না।
**ওয়ারেন্টি গ্যারান্টি নীতি:**
– যেহেতু আমরা লোকাল মার্কেট বা সাপ্লাইয়ার থেকে পন্য কিনে থাকি না এজন্য আমরা কোন ধরনের ওয়ারেন্টি গ্যারান্টি না পাওয়ায় আমাদের কোন পন্যে কোন ধরনের ওয়ারেন্টি গ্যারান্টি দেওয়া হয়না(কোন পন্য ওয়ারেন্টি গ্যারান্টি দেওয়া হলে বিজ্ঞাপনে/অর্ডার কনফার্ম এর সময় উল্ল্যেখ করা হবে)

ওয়ারেন্টি গ্যারান্টি সহ নির্ধারিত পন্যে নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি বা গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না—
ভুল ব্যবহার বা অবহেলা
ব্যবহার নির্দেশিকা (User Manual) অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার না করলে
অতিরিক্ত চাপ, ওভারলোড বা ভুল ভোল্টেজে ব্যবহার করলে
বিদ্যুৎজনিত সমস্যা
হাই ভোল্টেজ, লো ভোল্টেজ, শর্ট সার্কিট, লোডশেডিং বা বিদ্যুৎ ওঠানামার কারণে ক্ষতি হলে
সার্জ, বজ্রপাত বা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগজনিত ক্ষতি
পানি, আর্দ্রতা বা আগুনে ক্ষতি
পানি, বৃষ্টি, আর্দ্রতা, আগুন বা তাপে পণ্য নষ্ট হলে
নিজে বা অননুমোদিতভাবে মেরামত
নিজে খুলে ফেললে বা তৃতীয় পক্ষ দ্বারা মেরামত/পরিবর্তন করলে
কোম্পানির অনুমোদন ছাড়া পার্টস পরিবর্তন করলে
ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ
পড়ে যাওয়া, ভেঙে যাওয়া, ফাটল, পোড়া দাগ বা বাহ্যিক আঘাতজনিত ক্ষতি
স্ক্র্যাচ, কালার ফেইড বা স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারে হওয়া ক্ষয়
কনজিউমেবল ও এক্সেসরিজ
ব্যাটারি, ফিউজ, তার, সুইচ, নোব, ব্লেড, ফিল্টার ইত্যাদি কনজিউমেবল পার্টস
ফ্রি এক্সেসরিজ (যদি আলাদা করে উল্লেখ না থাকে)
সিরিয়াল/ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা
সিরিয়াল নাম্বার বা ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার নষ্ট, পরিবর্তিত বা অনুপস্থিত হলে
বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার
যেসব পণ্য শুধুমাত্র পার্সোনাল ব্যবহারের জন্য নির্ধারিত, সেগুলো কমার্শিয়াল/ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল কাজে ব্যবহার করলে
সময়সীমা অতিক্রম
নির্ধারিত ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি সময় শেষ হওয়ার পর কোনো দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়
পরিবহনজনিত ক্ষতি (ডেলিভারি পরবর্তী)
ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের পর পরিবহন বা ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষতি
**রিফান্ড নীতি:**
– ডেলিভারির সময় যদি কোনও রিটার্ন করা হয়, তবে চায়নাগো লিমিটেড শীঘ্রই রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করবে।(পরিশোধিত থাকলে)
– রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া পেমেন্ট কিভাবে করা হয়েছিল সে পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করে পরিশোধ করা হবে
– রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া কিছু দিন সময় নিতে পারে যা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের প্রক্রিয়ার সময় নির্ভর করে।
