Bread Roll Cutter

The adjustable roller cutter is perfect to cut straight strips. It can be used to cut soft products such as puff pastries, ganaches, almond pastes and sponge cake. Highly rigid, it allows to also cut harder products such as nougat, caramels, praliné and certain crunchy pastes.

Made in stainless steel, it is sturdy and durable. The blades are thick and sharpened to facilitate the cut of harder products. Its rotary handles are made out of a durable and food safe plastic.

The movable blades are easy to adjust and can be set at any position on the axel. With the help of an Allen key that stores in the roller cutter’s handle, you can set the blades on the graduated axel to obtain the space measures in between the blades with ease.

The adjustable roller cutter is available in two sizes; 18″ and 24″.
